Features of the items for sale:
Our products are exclusively handmade using artisanal techniques, not industrial, which may result in some variations compared to the original images. Delivery times range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the availability and production times of the item. Any requests regarding sizes or customizations (such as engravings or galvanic treatments) must be communicated before the purchase to verify feasibility. Please note that product images may not precisely match the metal tones, stone colors, and other details due to differences in the monitors used. Making a purchase implies reading and accepting the specifications indicated in each product sheet, including details regarding shipping methods and times.
Information on product prices and additional charges:
The prices of our products are those indicated on the website http://www.homadesign.it and are expressed in euros. Please note that the Seller reserves the right to change the prices of products displayed on the website http://www.homadesign.it at any time.
The prices indicated include VAT ,if the products are shipped and delivered within the European Union. Please be aware that shipping costs are not included in the product prices. The Seller may request customers to contribute to cover shipping costs. These charges will be shown automatically before the customer submits the purchase order, and the customer will have the option to confirm or cancel the order based on these charges.

In the event that the ordered products are to be delivered outside of Italy, it is
important to note that any duties, taxes, and fees required in accordance with the regulations of the destination countries will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs will become due once the package reaches the specified destination. As we cannot predict the exact amount of such duties, taxes, and fees, and since customs policies vary significantly from one country to another, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain the necessary information. This may include contacting the relevant local customs office. Shipping Information:
Each shipment contains the ordered products, an accompanying invoice, and, if applicable, informational and promotional material. The ordered products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of the order via courier or, if applicable, postal service. By completing the order form, the customer agrees to the delivery conditions stated on the website http://www.homadesign.it. Please note that, for international deliveries, customs authorities may open and inspect packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain relevant information, including possible communication with the local customs office. Upon receiving the goods at their address, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery by the courier. In case of anomalies, the customer must have them accurately recorded and noted by the courier and reject the delivery. Otherwise, the customer may lose the opportunity to assert their rights in this regard.
Information on delivery methods and times:
From the confirmation of payment, the merchandise will be processed within a period ranging from 1 to 3 weeks, excluding shipping times managed by the courier. Upon shipment of the products, the customer will receive a confirmation email regarding the successful shipment. For delivery in Italy, the estimated time is 3-4 working days, while for the Islands, the estimated time is 4-5 working days. For deliveries in Europe, the estimated time varies between 3 and 6 working days.
Please note that these delivery times are indicative and non-binding. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, provided that the delay is less than 40 days from the payment confirmation. In such a case, the customer does not have the right to refuse delivery or request compensation.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason by notifying the Seller within 7 days from the day the customer, or a third party indicated by him other than the courier, physically receives the products. Additionally, the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date of receiving the products is valid only if there are manufacturing issues. Small irregularities, inconsistencies, or slight differences from the original photo of the products will not be considered manufacturing issues, as they are unique and handmade. Customer errors, such as ring sizes or engraving requests, will not be considered manufacturing defects but as incorrect information provided by the customer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must explicitly and in writing inform the Seller via email sent to the address info@homadesign.it
within the 7 working days, indicating the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Customers are required to return the products within 10 working days from the date of the withdrawal communication. All costs related to the return of the products are borne by the customer.
The Seller undertakes to refund the price as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication, provided that:
