Delivery time varies from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the availability and production time of the item. Each shipment contains the ordered products, an accompanying invoice, and, if applicable, informational and promotional material. Products ordered will be delivered to the address specified by the customer when ordering by courier or, if applicable, postal service. Please note that, for international deliveries, customs authorities may open and inspect packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain relevant information, including possible communication with the local customs office. Upon receiving the goods at their address, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packages upon delivery by the courier. In case of anomalies, the customer must have them accurately recorded and noted by the courier and reject the delivery. From the confirmation of payment, the merchandise will be processed within a period ranging from 1 to 3 weeks, excluding shipping times managed by the courier. When the products are shipped, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation regarding the successful shipment. For delivery in Italy, the estimated time is 3-4 working days, while for the Islands, the estimated time is 4-5 working days. For deliveries in Europe, the estimated time varies between 3 and 6 working days.
